The only thing i had break on the 89 F-250 was the EGR line and i replaced it easy 1,2,3 quick and easy.. brought a 92 Egr tube. I had my little sound system i put in there running all 6x9's and a duel stereo no amplifier ever needed and it would BLAZE!!! i still got all my speakers never blew one i? got 2 year old pair of Orion 6x9's i payed for then turned around and brought a second pare for the ranchero.

@jorkeuh There is a very good post on the MAKE magazine site. I would google MAKE magazine? and Ruben's Tube you will find it. Or read all the comments I think there are tips below. Do not make one out of PVC. That was a dumb idea. It produces nasty fumes as it heats.

I don't really know. I do know you can get reactions at high enough sound pressures. I have been in clubs with big systems and not needed the speakers attached to see effects. But drums also do not produce very pure freqencies. You will likely see? the flames move and jump. But it will be difficult to produce a sine curve with out pure frequencies and a speaker. With the right sound pressure and room I imagine you could. Report back what you find! be careful.

Very nice demonstration. unfortuantly, we also used PVC our first attempt. the second was with an aluminum gutter pipe, which is working fabulously. do you have a membrane? on the speaker end? we got much better results with one, but our speaker is not the same size as our tube either

I'm from NYC. Tube employees are a lot more friendly and compassionate than MTA employees. MTA employees would not put up with drunk passengers or fare evaders. Hey, what did you think of the recent Top 25 London Writers list? There were a massive amount of DDS writers in there, like ZOMBY (he made number 1), ZONK, COSA, VAMP, FUME, SUB, TEACH, 10FOOT and TOX. DDS writers took up about half of the list. I was extremely scarred when they came in to take my tube out. I thought it was going to hurt like hell! When it came down to it, honestly it felt like nothing. I got all worked up and I didnt feel a thing. The week in the hospital sucked really bad, but them taking that tube out felt great. I was put to sleep during the insertion so I did not feel any pain from the procedure; however i felt ENORMOUS PAIN whil the f--k*@g tube was inside of me. Well the entirety of the Lexington Avenue line in NYC is crowded...I still want to ask whoever decided that one subway line to serve the entirety of the East Side of Manhattan what the hell they were thinking. At least the Second Avenue line is being built finally. And the main reason the entire Tube is crowded is because it's the oldest subway in the world, and? it's all double-tracked. New York has four-tracked trunk lines so the crowding is still never as bad.

Miss this guy, remember it well back in oct 85, and on the news about his death. Just wanted to say for the record i think its an insult to his memory that they made a? 2002 3rd series of auf wiedersehen pet. And replacing his character with noel clarke "as his son" doubles the insult. All i can say now money talks with the rest of the cast, they sold out out!. Tragically past away prematurely. Similar to James Beck in Dad's Army and Richard? Beckinsale in Porridge (another Clement and La Frenaise classic) Gary's 'Wayne' was my fave character in the series & this clip is one of my favourite scenes. I'd love to have seen how his character matured in the later episodes. They just weren't the same. The press gave him a hard time towards the end and Im afraid they share most of the blame for this talented young gentleman's tragic end. God bless u Gary. RIP

"I hope my comment won't get negative votes." Haruhata Michiya is my most favorite Japanese guitarist and TUBE is one of my top favorite band. I only have one album from them which is "Melodies and Memories" and I love it to death! My younger sister said that when Haruhata starts playing the guitar parts it's like the guitar is crying which results? to a beautiful and sentimental music. He's simply the best. Sorry for making it long. :)
