the shaolin system itself has been constantly changing since its inception. Once there were 300 pole forms alone. true... so much has been stripped away from the Shaolin system. Kung fu is only 'complete' if it includes all boxing, kicking, shuai jiao, chin na, and chi? gung. Many still seem to find it hard to believe that Wing Chun was developed from Shaolin. Don't know why

One of? the BEST Wing Chun video. It clearly explains the forms. But this is just the first level of Wing Chun (Sil Lim Tau) and there are 2 more levels (Chum Kill and Biu Jee). Even in the first level, you will learn many things. I am looking forward to reach Biu Jee level. I heard that it makes u a walking weapon. I don't intend to harm anyone but it will come in handy in places like mine where robbery is common.

If you are talking about the "venerable 5" its a complete myth. Almost all claim to have learned the "full system" and in truth no one knows. Even the ones who claim that they learned the full system all have different systems? so this definitely cant be correct. Wing Chun is said to have been developed by a female in a nice and fanciful story. However, the more likely story is that it is a simplified version of Weng Chun. There is ABUNDANT evidence for it. Weng Chun is the "full system".
