Do you actually WANNA GET THINGS DONE IN A LIBERAL WAY, or do you wanna waste time like 5-year-olds bitching about how "the other side's playing so dirty"? Are you SERIOUS about real? reform??
By: whoo689. on 24 May 12, 12:14:07
We could actually GET SHIT WE WANT PASSED, but? instead we're wasting time on this fruitless nonsense.
By: whoo689. on 24 May 12, 12:10:17
Instead of worrying so much about "playing fair" and "Getting the other side to play fair with us", WORRY ABOUT FIGHTING BACK AND GETTING THE VOTERS AND? LAWMAKERS ON OUR SIDE. THAT is what's important, not this bullshit about "What's ALEC doing" and yadda yadda like there's some GIGANTIC corporate ALEC conspiracy or whatever.
By: whoo689. on 24 May 12, 12:09:26
Stop wasting time with these distractions and petty side issues, liberals. Let's FOCUS ON THE ISSUES AND FIGHTING FOR OUR CONVICTIONS, not wasting time bitching about all the stupid right-wing organizations. WHO? CARES You really think at the end of the day it's gonna matter THAT MUCH that you got a handful of corporations to "leave ALEC"? The Right has BILLIONS of dollars in funds, lots of think tanks, super PACs, you name it. Why single out ALEC?
By: whoo689. on 24 May 12, 12:07:40
limited?
By: whoo689. on 24 May 12, 12:07:29
Besides, you guys are putting WAYY too much emphasis on the whole, "corporations write these laws" crap. While SOME corporations may have influence on the bills proposed by legislators within ALEC, a) NONE? of the corporations or corporate leaders are on the board of directors and b) What PROOF do you have that NONE of the bills that were ever proposed in stat legislatures were ones that "some corporations didn't like or hated" in ALEC? ANY? If not, then the "influence" of ALEC is limited. very
By: TheAussiePeter. on 24 May 12, 12:05:53
Was it ALEC that was having its non-profit status challenged? What progress has been? made?
By: whoo689. on 24 May 12, 12:04:58
Is he ignorant? What does he think "out in the open" means? in this context? I mean, if he means, "When a bill is introduced, we know about it and the steps it goes through as the steps are taken", I agree. But does he really think that EVERY SINGLE bill that's proposed by a LIBERAL or DEMOCRATIC legislator was TOTALLY 100% from that person's head? In a lot of cases, no. He might've talked to or gotten inspiration from unions, environmental groups, the president, etc.

By: wreckless4485. on 24 May 12, 04:08:32
It's? Dr. Wreckless actually, but moving on; he will because that's what happens when you kill innocent kids. And pot does not make you a "drug head thug." What makes you a thug is racially profiling and attacking someone.
By: Tom2736. on 24 May 12, 03:57:59
Mr. Wreckless, I don't know how to tell you this but Zimmerman is not in jail so nobody is going to get rape. And again I don't know how to tell you? this but Zimmerman will never go to jail. Why? Thanks to that little pot head Trayvon and all the lies about what a good boy he was, when in the real world he was not nothing but a drug head thug.
By: rli421. on 24 May 12, 03:47:42
US government bought and paid for.?
By: wreckless4485. on 24 May 12, 03:45:46
Zimmerman? He sure did and now he's gonna get raped in jail. There is some justice in this? world.
